A lot of unhealthy environments can be dangerous to tenants. After a heavy downpour, corridors are flooded with water and no attempt to sweep the water away, and it's slippery, and a fall can bring disaster. Two days stay, rooms service not available including filling up of soap.

Since new hotel at new area... no cafe and mart nearby yet... No lift... only stairs to get in the rooms....i was at 2nd floor... those ages guests may face difficulties to climb...

On arrival, the staff were friendly but not too helpful in the location of the room. During the whole stay of 4 days, we did not receive room service once and we had to ask for toilet paper. The towels were not clean and had stains on them. After a few use of the towels, they started smelling and the hotel should have provided clean towels. As Malaysia is very hot, room service is very important and required. Also, usually when you book a hotel room, the hotel would provide tea and coffee enough for your stay. At this hotel they only provided 1 sachet for 1 day which was quite unreasonable. Also, the bed was not comfortable at all, we had a sofa in the room which turned out to be more comfortable than the bed. Additionally, for such big hotels, the lift was terrible and you had to wait 15 mins or more for a lift to stop on your floor, and all the lifts would pass our floor. Waiting for the lifts was quite annoying as there is no Aircon system in the corridors. Breakfast was not good, I would advise you to not pay for breakfast and go out for breakfast. There was a very limited variety or better to say that there wasn't a variety at all.
