The property was beautiful inside and out. Rooms were very efficiently laid out with plenty of storage, and small fridge too. Our bed was super comfortable and the rooms were clean and housekeeping came in daily. Breakfast was very tasty and well stocked. All rooms have a nice patio or balcony . The pool was wonderful and very refreshing, with a poolside bar for cocktails and snacks. The location was a short walk into town where we had so many choices of restaurants to choose from!

My sister and I loved Perissa. We spent our first day on a 12-hour tour of the island and got a great overview of Santorini. We spent a day in Fira and decided that we made the right decision for us to stay in Perissa. It is more lowkey than some of the other villages you can stay at on Santorini, but it was perfect for us.

It is a typical town for blissful relaxation, where there isn't much to explore, apart from climbing the mountain to see the ancient city Fira ruins or admiring the Kamari and airport views. The main purpose of people coming here is to lounge on the beach.

Perissa served as a wonderful station for our trip to Santorini. I was far more interested in the history of the island and seeing everything Santorini had to offer. If you are looking for a beach vacation with anything you might need within walking distance, then Perissa would be perfect for your stay. However, Perssia also proved to be a great station to start and end each day.

Perissa is my favourite place to stay on Santorini.
Perissa is my favourite place to stay on Santorini. There are plenty of great restaurants, mini markets, a large supermarket, two 24-hour bakeries and a fantastic beach with sunbeds, many of the free if you buy a drink or food. Getting around is easy, most places are within walking distance of the beach and there is a small tourist train that runs along the beach from Perissa to Vlychada via Perivolos Beach. You can get on, or off wherever you like. The local buses to Fira are reasonably frequent and handy to see other parts of the island if you don't have a car or quad bike. For dinner, I'd recommend the Acropolis, Apollon and Noma Restaurants.
The hotel is in the town Perissa. Very close to a bus stop from where you can go to Fira and take any other bus you want. The bus run every 20 minutes. Across the street is a 24 hr bakery a super market and a couple ATM. Also the place has a pool which very clean and nice. Mr John is very helpful and always happy to help with anything you need. Also the hotel offer transfer service to the airport any time you need you just need to book it in advance. A good a affordable choice in Santorini.
Breakfast was varied and rich every day. You had a choice of savoury or sweet, and you were always served with orange juice and an optional tea/coffee/milk. The accommodation is in a perfect location in Perissa, close to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and there is a small shop 2 houses away. And I would highlight the "boss", Irene. She was extremely kind and helpful with everything. If we were to come to Santorini on holiday again I would definitely stay in Santa Barbara.
There aren't enough good things to say about this place. The Staff is super welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The rooms large and absolutely clean. Just tucked away from the main street in Perissa it's location is quiet and convenient. I would stay here again anytime I decide to come to Santorini. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and serving such a large and delicious breakfast on the terrace every morning!
The hotel was perfect for us! It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and loads of restaurants which is super convenient. The hotel room had everything we needed, and they cleaned and refreshed it daily. The balcony and mini fridge were really nice and the swimming pool is great! The staff were really friendly, polite and helpful and I would definitely stay here again if returning to Santorinin!
The location is really good 5 minutes from Perissa Beach and is relatively cheap compared to other hotels however the shower and sink are salt water and that kind of hit us, there was hair in the shower drain and the floor, overall is a good value but it need more attention to details from the cleaning crew the bed were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly.
Hotel Perissa is an old-school hotel in the middle of Santorini. The family that runs it was kind and went above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms were large, and the pool was amazing. It clearly catered not to the super-rich, like most of Santorini, but to ordinary people from around the world who wanted a relaxing vacation.
The staff was super nice. The sea is 5 mins walk. I think that perissa has the best beaches in santorini.
The studio had all cutlery and pan to cook.
I didn't need to go anywhere to rent the scooter or book the tour. The manager of the Villa had done everything for me.
Amazing stay. I will come back again.
Amazing studios. Perfect location in Perissa. The rooms are very spacious and the property is very well maintained. Margarita, the lady who ran the hotel, was very helpful and sweet. She took good care of us and gave us many useful tips. If you are going to Santorini, this is the place in very nice to stay.
Best service, cleanliness and staff behavior was super friendly. And must to mention, the breakfast was pretty good. Better than my expectations. All the stuff was very friendly and will help you to explore all around Santorini. Just ask them what to do in Santorini. They will help you with a smile.
Really cute stay, simple but cute design and has all the basics you need. It’s just across the street from the beach, and the prettiest beach in Santorini at that. Also really well located to explore the beach shacks. In the morning you can hear the ocean from bed. We enjoyed our stay here.
very nice place, beautiful room (color lights in the room) and big balcony, 3 min walking from the beach and a lot of bars and restaurants, supermarket next to the hotel open almost always, kind receptionist who explained us everything about Santorini!!
We like so much our stay in the hotel. Peaceful area close to the beach. Very nice girl looking after the hotel. Rooms very clean. The only downside that was a bit salty water but that's normal as we learnt for Santorini. Once again thank you so much.
We loved it. Beautiful property, walking distance from Perissa Beach (although I remted car). Clean jacuzzi bath tub and swimming pool. Access to property is very easy (unlike lot of others in Santorini) with parking right next to it.
nice staff, location 6 minutes to the beach and cafes and restaurants as well bus station which go to fira and from fira to many places in the island including airport was good in value compared to Santorini
The hotel was in the perfect spot - close to the beach and with everything around . The lady was super kind even if she did not speak a lot of English . She was kind and helpful . Perfect stay for Santorini
Room was always clean when we arrivied back to hotel. Very very friendly host, we got loads of hints and advices where to go, what is good to see in Santorini. That was very helpful.
Great time in Santorini, the hotel is located near to the bus stop, near the beaches, with nice view of the mountain. The host are very kind and discret people. I recommend it.
The hotel is super close to Perissa beach which is beautiful and the bus stop is 2 minutes away.
Also, the breakfast was really delicious and the staff was nice.
The place is clean, friendly and well located. Considering the prices on the santorini island this place is super accessible for backpackers and travellers.
