The aesthetics and interior at the hotel had were excellent and had a fresh, clean open atmosphere with a calming and positive vibe. The staff were amazing thanks to all but the following Ricardo for his warm welcome to Amare and able to accommodated any of our requests and ensuring our stay is made to feel comfortable, Hajat for making our rooms exceptional, Alex, Pablo and Jesus they were very helpful and clearly displayed good customer relations, and able to inform with the right advice. Found the drinks expensive but that is just general cost of living cheaper bars to be found further down from the hotel. Got a bus to Ibiza Town for the day and the Taxi Boat from the front to take you to San Antonio which was enjoyable.
Lots to do and nice walks along the beach but as we hit the spanish heat wave had to spend time in the cool apartment.

Absolutley perfect place looking across the bay and the taxi boat from the Bay to San Antonio every half an hour was great. We sat on the beach every day and it was 10 Euros for a bed and ventured into the sea quite a few times each day it is quite shallow and very clear but there is little white fish swimming around which tend to nip you, myself and another of my group even had blood from them, but it didnt put us off going in.

Plenty to do, if you don’t have a plan for the day/evening, you’re guaranteed to find somewhere of interest. We booked lots of events and parties all in San Antonio Bay, very close to where we stayed, everything is in a convenient location and in a bustling part of the town.
Also getting to San Antonio from the airport is very easy, we paid between €35-40 for a taxi which wasn’t too bad considering how expensive everything else is in Ibiza ;)

Due to Covid a lot of bars and shops are boarded up.
Due to Covid a lot of bars and shops are boarded up. However this end of the bay is showing green shoots of recovery and aiming at the more affluent end of the market with a few high end hotels and some up-market bars. However be prepared a few have a minimum spend per person and you have to book in advance. The positive is people stay in for the evening. The negative is you can't visit a few bars in one night. Cafe del Mar, Mambo, Ocean beach all have a similar policy in place. But don't forget on sunset strip your paying for an experience. Sadly if the weather is not to great your sunset won't happen and of course you still have to pay. As you walk around the Bay coastal path there a no shortage of bars and restaurants to visit.
The famed west end is a shadow of its former self with many bars now closed. Even the amazing Savannah on Sunset strip has been boarded up. Leaving only 2 places which you have to make reservations for to guarantee a seat.
Overall the whole of San Antonio and bay area are going through s transitional period and for the better in my opinion.

I've been travelling to Ibiza for over 20 years and San Antonio struggled with its reputation many years ago due to the swarms of binge drinking brits who descended into San An for cheap booze and bars. In more recent years however the area has seen a real clean up with the likes of Mint Lounge, Golden Bhudda and several other beach front bars that offer good food and a nice atmosphere. The Bay area is fantastic if you are looking to take advantage of lower prices but also need some quiet time with family or a partner. The quality of Hotels in the bay is excellent and there are many great value places to stay including Els Pins, Sol House, Axel Beach to name a few.
As a solo traveller the location is perfect. Its far enough away from the madness that its very safe to walk around but its also a short taxi ride of 8 euros if you want to head into busy San An

Explore guest reviews of hotels in San Antonio Bay
I was very hesitant booking this hotel after seeing lots of reviews regarding sickness. We stayed for 5 days and had no problems at all. We were all inclusive and the food was okay, just standard all inclusive food nothing spectacular. Cocktails were included which was a bonus. Very strict on masks which is understandable. Great location, short walk from the beach. No irons but hired a steamer for €10 deposit. Cups also had a €1 deposit which was fine but slightly annoying when the staff cleared our cups away.
I absolutely LOVED staying at this resort! The ambiance, the location, the views, the staff, EVERYTHING was incredible! I enjoyed breakfast every morning. I traveled here alone and I felt perfectly safe and at ease walking around the hotel and outside in the area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I was there to relax but if you're going to party the party neighborhood is just a few blocks, but you can come "home" for a good night's rest.
Ok location (not in the hustle and bustle) but close enough to the party side of Ibiza + nice restaurants.
Really cheap food and drink in the hotel, but not just cheap, it was good quality and the staff were pleasant and nice.
I've stayed in the bay of San Antonio before (beside ocean beach) and much preferred this location and hotel.
Quiet, clean and fun.
Downside = no air con in our room, just a fan. Which was ok until you're getting ready
I liked everything.
The room is perfect.
The bathroom is perfect.
The hotel is perfect.
The staff is perfect. Very friendly. Helpful and so kind
The breakfast is perfect and rich.
Daily housekeeping.
The fridge is perfect.
The pool is perfect.
Location is perfect.
The view of the hotel is perfect.
From my side i will give them 100/10.
Thanks to make me happy in ibiza and if i return definitely i will stay there again.
The hotel was newly renovated. The interiors are all beautifully done too. The sunset views are amazing from
Both the rooftop and downstairs pool/restaurants. The rooms are clean and bright. We stayed with our small toddler and they can provide baby bathtub, high chair and crib which was amazing. We got the suite with the kitchen which had everything we need. The staff were all sweet and helpful too.
New hotel, very cool interior. Breakfast was great (not big, but tasty) especially carrot cake:)
Evening burgers was also good.
The nearest beautiful beaches - Cala Bassa and Cala Comte (going by bus about 20 min)
Buses go every hour.
Walking to San Antonio is about 20-30 min.
But if you want to go to Ibiza city centre- it’s uncomfortable to go. Only if you have a car or taxi.
The staff was nice and they upgraded our room to an beautiful suite. Lots to appreciate about the hotel:
1) very nice views from the hotel and pool area overlooking the water and boats.
2) great value for money
3) spacious apartment style rooms
4) friendly staff
5) good tasting pool drinks
6) can walk to a few good restaurants and basic shopping needs
I could not have a better experience!!! the hotel, the pool area the staffs everything exceeded my expectations I would 10000% recommend then and whenever I’m back to Ibiza for sure I’m stay there again ps (breakfast and dinner are just unreal it’s worth it to get them with the booking
The location of the hotels was very good. We were travelling by car and a few minutes away from the most famous beaches of Ibiza. From the hotel we could reach the beach within 5 minutes walking. From Ibiza Town, the hotel is 30 minutes away by car.
Came here for an all inclusive few days with friends. Food and drinks choice were great, good value for money. Hotel had a nice environment both suitable for adults and people here to enjoy in nightlife. 15 minute walk to ocean beach.
What a great hotel! The decor is great, the all inclusive options for food and drinks choices were great, the staff were helpful, the different areas of the hotel were very good, the bed was comfortable, the location is great

The apartments were spacious and the pool area was great for relaxing by. The staff were the best hotel staff I’ve experienced in a long time - friendly and efficient.
