All rooms are en suite and have complimentary toiletries, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Beautiful hotel...lovely area. Large comfortable room with equally large bathroom. Plenty of space in the car park or on the street for parking. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. We even saw the wall lizards in the garden. Convenient for walking into town or to the sea front. Ventnor Park just around the corner was lovely.

In a quiet location just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, The Denewood is a family-run guest house in Sandown with free parking and Wi-Fi. With its own bar, The Denewood is 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the Isle of Wight Zoo. very nice rooms, comfortable bed, luxurious, good-smelling towels, excellent breakfast, happy, friendly staff and service.

A haven for walkers and cyclists, more than half the island is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The guesthouse was spotless. Room was bright and large with very comfy beds. The breakfast was very good with a great choice both hot and cold. The host, Pat, was very welcoming and helpful. Great location so close to the beach and cliff lift. Short walk to the town Centre.

The Enchanted Manor is a family-run bed and breakfast on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Enchanted Manor rooms are adorned with artwork by Josephine Wall, and most come with hand-carved four-poster beds. An en suite bathroom is included, as well as a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Enchanted Manor. The hotel was lovely, and the customer service and friendliness from the hotel owner Peta and her staff was second to none. The food was divine - it was a vegetarian menu, and though my husband and I do eat meat at home, we certainly didn't miss it during our stay. The garlic mushrooms on toast for breakfast was a particular highlight! Peta in particuarly was extrememely knowledgable about the Isle and gave lots of good tips and suggested places to visit when we asked - as newcomers to the Isle of Wight we were extremely grateful. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating, and there were little touches everywhere of just small things to make your stay more comfortable - from DVDs to borrow, to a little fridge in the room to store bottled water and milk for your morning tea, as well as thoughtful bathroom additions. Our booked room was upgraded on arrival to a suite as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team thoughtfully gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and a card as well. There was one small issue during our stay - the boiler stopped working properly a few days in to our stay, which led to occaisionally not getting baths or showers when we wanted. However the team tried to resolve as best they could until someone could fix it so we always did manage to get to shower - and they gave us a lovely gift at the end of our holiday to apologise for the hot water issue.

The modern rooms feature a flat-screen Freeview TV with a DVD player, a hairdryer, and Fairtrade tea and coffee making facilities. Quality ingredients, well cooked with friendly service. Loved having a Nespresso machine ( same model as ours at home!) in the bedroom. Room 5 has fabulous views and is spacious and very comfortable.

This 4-star Victorian property just 2 minutes’ walk from the scenic views of Shanklin’s cliff-top path provides a calm get-away just for adults. Westbury Lodge offers free Wi-Fi throughout and modern en suite accommodation. This was the first time we stayed in a guest house and we loved it. Host David and Rosemary were very welcoming and warm. The room was clean and comfortable. They went over and beyond to help us with the information about nice places nearby. Breakfast was good and fulfilling.
